Booking and holds
A tee time is held for a few minutes while you complete checkout. If payment isn't finished in that window the slot returns to the sheet and may be taken by another player.
Cancellation
Cancellations and changes are handled by our team by phone or email. Cancelling more than 14 days before your tee time is free. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the green fee is charged, and no-shows are charged in full.
Weather
If the course closes for lightning or flooding before you tee off, your booking is refunded in full. Rounds abandoned after the 9th are credited at half value.
Player conduct
The starter may refuse play to anyone not meeting the dress code. Pace of play is 4 hours 30 minutes, and marshals may ask slow groups to skip a hole.
