The questions the pro shop gets most often.
How far ahead can I book?
Members book 30 days out, guests 14 days. The calendar greys out anything beyond your window.
Can I book fewer than four players?
Yes. Book one to three players and other golfers may join your tee time, or reserve the whole flight at checkout if you'd rather play alone.
Is a caddie compulsory?
Yes, one caddie per player. Your caddie is assigned when you check in at the pro shop, and caddie fees are paid there.
How do I cancel a booking?
Call or message the pro shop with your booking code. Cancellation terms are on your booking page and in the Terms of use.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't stop play. If the course closes before you tee off, your booking is refunded in full.
How do GD points work?
You earn points on green fees and can use them off a future round. See the GD points programme page for the full rules.
Can I change the players after booking?
Yes, names can be changed at check-in. Contact the pro shop if you need to add players to a booking.
